My cat had a fight a week ago. After the fight he stays inside all the time, is very frightend and is eating much more than before the fight. He is in the kitchen all the time and as our kitchen doesn't have a door we have to give him food because otherwise he will jump on tables. We give him canned and dry cat food, meat, fish, cheese and other food. He is eating everything we give him and is asking food from every member of my family. Before the fight he was 5 kg and now he is almost 6. Before fighting he was very active and wasn't gaining weight but now he is sleeping or eating.  What can I do to make him eat less and not go to the kitchen?

Are you sure this cat is male? It kind of sounds like a female who got pregnant :/. Cat mating is very violent and lots of fighting is involved, then she settles back to grow some babies, and extra food is needed, and pregnant cats sleep a lot.

Assuming he really is a HE, if his eating and sleeping behavior has changed, maybe it's time for a Vet visit?  Otherwise, the only way to keep him from gaining weight is to not feed him too much.

As to him jumping up on tables, it's a cat's natural instinct to want to be up high, and if he's afraid to go outside now, he probably needs something high that he's allowed to jump on indoors...perhaps he needs an indoor cat "tree"?   We have four of them, plus window seats since our furkids are not allowed outdoors.
