It is surely good she has appetite.  Im also happy both mom and kittens seems   OK, even doing fine.    :)

What do you mean by her going to the bathroom "constantly"?  Does she washes herself often?

Does she go to the litter but has difficulties with pee?   And it becomes often but little or none??   Does she has diarrhea?

Was it always so the time she was in your care, or had it become so now after the delivery?

Is her  doing in litter OK,  but it is quite much poo, and  rather too often?

What food do you give her?  Im thinking now, if you use the common dry foods buyed in your common  shop where you buy all other your daily foods, like Friskies and Whiskas dry foods,

it  typically contains much  cereals and other fill ups, and not much of animal proteins and fats.   So they must eat much to get what they need. Cats dont use these cereals and fill ups, so - it becomes lotsa of poo.  Much in and much out.   I have heard owners more than once to complain about this.

Re the swelling inside her:  They can have some natural swellings.  Or such  (sorry, I forget the terms now(,    But it usually goes down after several days.  A full week is long.

The safest IS a vet makes at least a palpation.   But if you dont afford so you dont afford.

Next bet is to try and find someone else who is knowleable and can help you with palpation...  Or to find a cheap vet of course.   Some vets give a price reduction if they help a rescued cat.

Can you contact the shelters nearby and ask them for advice?

Good luck!

ps.   Re the kittens, a nice trick is to weigh them every day at the same time.  This way you see if they gain as they should (10grammes plus every day), or not.   If everything goes well, you and their adoption homes have a nice memory.  But if there are any problems, you will often discover problems - by the weight...   Use a cheap electronical kitchen scale, measuring in grammes, its the easiest.
