I woke up this morning to my 11 week old cat crying, he was having a seizure, he was only shaking his head a little bit then so I didn't know.  I just know that he was acting weak, wouldn't eat, I thought maybe he was congested because he's been sneezing a lot recently, so I took a hot shower and took him in there with me. He had a seizure while I was in the shower, and when I brought him back he just laid down, and some snot was running out of his nose. Now it's been about 2 hours since the first seizure that I know of, and he has a seizure about every 5 mins now lasting about 20 seconds, but they are way worse, his whole body just rolls and flops around and he'll move out like 3 feet before I put my hand in front of him to prevent him from hitting the wall. He's also pooped all over himself, and he's had goop in his eyes since he was a few days old, I'm starting to think this is dry FIP, and there's no cure. I don't have money for this, I don't have a job as I'm only 16, and my mom is the only person working in our house now. If it is dry FIP he's going to die anyway, and I'm wondering if it's worth it to spend hundreds at the vet to find out if it is or if it's something else terrible, or just surrender him and have him euthanized? I don't want my baby to die, I've been very attached to him since he was born, but I just don't know if he'l live anyway and if it's worth it, I don't want him suffering. Another thing is that he's been small and bony pretty much since he was born.

you wont necessarily have to spend hundreds at the vet. Im no expert but i think your best bet would be to take him to the vet immediately. The vet can tell a lot just from seeing the animal. Talk with them about where to go from there. Im sorry your having to go through this, and i wish you and your kitty the best. Good luck.

He's just laying there now and I wrapped him up, any time I touch him he starts seizuring and crying. I think he's dying, I'm not sure what could have called this, he seemed fine last night besides the sneezing and goopy eyes. I gave him a bath in dawn and combed him for fleas, and clean out his ears yesterday. Could he have been poisioned by Dawn? I've never had a cat with a problem with it before.

We can't say with any certainty what is happening or what may have caused this. Your best bet is to have a friend or family member help get the both of you to a vet as soon as possible. Whether he's in a dire situation or not can't be determined by internet strangers, but a vet can at least tell you what his outlook may be. The kindest thing you can do is have him taken to a vet so they can either end his suffering or treat him. It's always worth it to ensure he doesn't spend needless hours in pain.

I am going to surrender him to the humane society whenever my friend replies to my messages, as my mom is out of state and I don't have a car.

It's extra difficult when you are still a teenager and in a situation like this.  I'm really sorry your kitty is so sick and that you both are going through with this.

He really does need to see a vet asap.  Like PPs have said; they can help so much more than us over the internet to address his specific conditon.  But we are here to give you some moral support.  I'm sorry this is happening while your mother isn't able to be with you.
