So I usually don't go to these forums, but today my cat did something really strange. Both of my cats were raised together since kittens at about 9 weeks. They're both almost three now. Both are not very smart at all. Today, the male walked over to the female (who is the dumber of the two) stood partially on her, and pooped on her head. Then walked off, almost proudly. The female didn't even fight it, and after a moment, just shook it off and wandered away. I cleaned her up, but this confused me so much that I have no idea what could have caused it, and I was hoping someone here could shed some light on the situation. Both are healthy and happy, and generally treat eachother quite well. Both get very upset when they can't find the other one.

That is the first time I have ever heard of this behavior.  If it repeats then I would be more concerned.  Any one else want to chime in?

I've never heard of this behavior either (which is why I subscribed to this Thread).
My only thoughts -- and I'm grasping at straws, here -- is dominance or dementia.
How is there interaction today?
