My kitten has always kind of sneezed a little more than others but the pas few days he's been getting pretty bad sneeze attacks.

There are no eye boogers and his nose is dry.

Out apartment is pretty dry and we did just switch to a new litter thats a little more dusty. He isn't being lethargic or anything.

Should I keep an eye on it or get him into the vet?

I would definitely keep an eye on him and consider a vet visit.  If it's a cold, you should start seeing more symptoms, like mucous from nose or eyes, or watery eyes, loss of appetite or lethargy.  If any of these happened I'd go straight to the vet, but there would be nothing wrong with consulting a vet now.  Sneezing attacks can be a sign of a particular URI called feline herpes, but that doesn't mean that's what's going on with your cat.
