How much should we be feeding the new mumma cat and how many times a day 5 days after labour?

Im not good on the exact amounts, but it is quite a lot of good quality food, and several times a day.

So, food if dry, its of  the type for kittens or at least, for active cats.   Wet canned food is usually OK as it is, as long its no funny low fat version.

Several times a day, as much as she wants.

It depends in part on how many the kittens are.  Observe, the heaviest toll will really come in several weeks, when they are becoming big but has not yet began to eat themselves...   If you are sure she manages well cow milk, you can give it to her - full fat.  Otherwise, full fat plain youghurt is OK.  Goat milk is always OK, for momma and kittens.

Your litter isnt so big as I remember?   So you dont need to worry much about extra supplements. Unless she is malnoutrished from the beginning or there is any crisis.

It is good to weigh the kittens every day, so you see if they gain properly, about 10 grammes a day or more.  This way you know also if the mom get enough...

Best is to use an electronical kitchen scale measuring in grammes.

ps.  Your momma is outside kitty, so her kittens too.  CAN you look and see them anyway??  And perhaps weigh too?

Otherwise, the one half abandoned, you are going to take it in and help personally.  THIS kitten you will want to weight....   :)
