I was wondering if I still needed to get Petey his kitten shots if he's never outside? And there's no other cats around. He mostly stays in my room cause he's so young. I live in a condo so there's nearly no animals around and so far I've seen no cats. I've always gotten puppy shots cause if always go for walks with my pups to be safe but since he doesn't have to go out I was curious if he'd still need them?

Yes, it's important for kittens to get their kitten shots. The FVCRP vaccine is important because some of those diseases can be tracked in on your shoes, and the rabies vaccine is legally required in most places. You can skip the FeLV vaccine since the only way to get that is being bitten by, or mating with, an infected cat. Once he's grown, you can decide how often, if ever, you want to repeat his vaccines, but he really should get the kitten series.

It's absolutely necessary to get his kitten shots!  After he's an adult, you can decide if you want to get them annually.
