I have three domestic cats and two ferals.  My oldest feral (he's 5) I've had him exactly two years.  His name is Snowi.  He still does not let me touch him, but he is doing wonderfully.  He lies on the living floor with his tummy up (they say that when cats do this, it means they are happy and comfortable).  My youngest feral (Ici) is four.  I've had her exactly one year.  She does the same.  It took her a bit longer to hang out with the rest of the family in the living room, but now - 95% of the time, she's with the rest of us in the living room.  I can't tell you how much I love my babies.  How happy it makes me feel to know that when I go to work, my babies are home safe.  I remember a few days before I rescued ici, one day when I got home, she was outside my building meowing because she was hungry.  She followed me to the door and just sat there as i walked into my building.  When I got to my apartment, I looked out the window and she was still there.  My heart broke.  I did feed her.  Finally, a few days later, i rescued her.  Now she's safe.  She's fat.  She's alive and well.  They say that ferals cannot be tamed.  They can.  They might not let you touch them, but in time, they do start trusting you.  I truly believe cats know when they are loved.  My cats know they are loved.  I can see it when they are just lying around sleeping - it's like they are in heavn - with no worries and no cares.

It sounds like your little family has settled in well.  Sometimes just one small deed, like taking care of Ici like you did, makes such a big difference.

Thank you for helping them and keeping them safe.
