Cat with stinky drool

Hello again! Marley my cat with the feeding tube is drooling and the drool smells like pus. Touching the side of his face seems to cause a lot of pain for him. Does anyone possibly know what this could be? I'm thinking that he has an abscess that may have popped but when I look in his mouth I cant see anything. again the discharge from his mouth is clear and it smells like pus. any suggestions? He has an appointment to go to the vet on Saturday should I get him in sooner?  thank you in advance for any replies and suggestions. 

I would get him to a vet ASAP as an "emergency appointment"  Deep infections like this one sounds like it is, can get uncontrollable or very difficult to fix the longer it goes on.  it could get bad enough that surgery is required, and if it went systemic it could threaten his life.

damn ok well he is already on amoxicilin (2ml a day) and baytril(5mg per day) He isnt vomiting or anything. things are just getting crazy I dont know if I can afford this.
