Where did you get her. Unless you have registration papers and/or her pedigree, there's really no way to tell what breed she is. The most you can say is that she's a persian look-alike. I love her coloring.

Very true.   But modern persians are so especial, being purebred this rather extreme way "painted themselves into that corner".  You just cant miss it when you see it.  So technically, yes, she is a "persian look alike".  Practically, as long as you see her as your pet cat just for Company and possibly some showing her in Household Pet class, without ambitions to bred on her, nor sell her as purebred, nor participate in Shows for pedigree cats, you can see her calmly as a pure persian.  Yes. This including possible medical problems and vet errands...

Does she breath OK, no problems with nose nor tears?   If so, you are lucky.  Good breeders usually manage well, not using  parents with such problems or kidney-disease in breeding, but with BYB breeders you cant never know.

Good luck!   @divaintraining

Hi Goldy. I got her from a nice lady on Craigslist. She told me she wasn't getting along with her other cats. The lady told me she was a chocolate calico persian but I didn't know if she was a persian mixed with a domestic calico or something.

Ha Stefan "household pet class." Nah I'd never traumatize her like that. She's kinda shy (especially compared to the simease I had). She doesn't seem to have the tear problem and seems to breathe okay. Sometimes she seems like she has to lick a lot (mouth area) like something is itching her but otherwise seems okay. I have to take her to the vet for her first visit next week so I'll ask him about it.
