So, my mom and I have had trouble with the litter already, as mama cat wasn't making enough milk and we unfortunately lost 3 even after trying to bottle feed :( But anyway, the other three have frown quite a lot and eyes are open and theyhad quite fat little tummies. But the past day or so they have started crying more and crawling out from under the dresser where she has them and hust crawling/walking all about. If I put them back with her they just turn around and come back out. It isn't always all of them either, it's sometimes just one of them or two of them. After a while they will eventually go eat but it takes quite a bit. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? Please help, we are very paranoid after having lost those 3 babies.

How old are they?  At some age - they do try and leave their nest quite naturally - usually to their moms big despair.

Otherwise  may it be so they need more food now?

How is their weight developing?

They are 2 weeks old today. They seem to be growing just fine, their eyes have opened and they are much bigger than they were before. It's really recent that they're doing this.

Make some "walls" perhaps, around the nest, so they cant crawl out?   I know this is just half the answer.  But still...

Yes I agree.

If it's at all possible, mom needs to be confined with her kids so they will continue to try to nurse and rather than them  searching elsewhere for feeding.

Does mom stay there most of the time with her kids or no?

She does spend much of the time with them. She will be down there with them purring and everything and they will still go and wander off and cry. She spends a fair amount of time out from under the dresser like eating or just laying somewhere, but we have her confined in the room so she never really goes far from them. We also have it blocked so they only have a small area they(the babies) can roam around in. I just don't know why the recently started doing this.

The thing is, they eventually go back to her and eat. It takes them a while though and I feel like their tummies aren't as fat as they used to be at the end of the day, if that makes sense.

Are you still bottlefeeding them, or is mom managing them now when they are only 3?

It sounds almost like they dont have enough with food.  So, supplement them again  / more - whichever it is.

The safest way if they get enough is to weight them every day the same time.  Use an electronical kitchen scale, measuring in grammes.  The easiest way to know if they gain or not...   But if you feel they seems to lose weight, its probably correct - and you must worry....

Do the mom gets really first rate food?  Enough of it??  @Gabi45

Stefanz I have the very same thoughts about this.

If they are not getting enough milk from her they will be restless and searching elsewhere.

If they are fat with plenty of milk they will be hanging on her nursing and be very, very content to do this all day long :)

I think there may be an issue with her production.

When you look at her nipples does she seem full?

I just want to add in case you were not aware, but there is a shot she can be given that will help stimulate milk production.

Otherwise you might have to consider supplementing them, which is tough because they will really resist taking a bottle when they have momma there.
