I will write more in a while.  Perhaps others will also step in.

In the time I will ask a mod to make this your question into your own thread.  It will also be easier for you to give following questions.

What is the name, brand, on the kitten milk you got from the vet clinic?

Good luck!

As someone who has rescued many young kittens the bloated tummy is often a side effect of having worms. Worms are very common in young kittens that are born outside/stray/feral, etc. I'm surprised your vet didn't check her for worms when you brought her in (its one of the first tests my Vet does in a rescued/street kitten simply because its so common). Visit the vet again. If it is worms, they can take a liquid by mouth that kills the worms within a month.
Good luck! Keep us posted!

hello.. i dont know how to make the kitten poo. plz help me.
You can fetch some ideas for bloated tummy and making them poo,  from the tread "no BM in 5 days", which you see on this forum.   THAT kitten died, but it had others problems too...

BM= bowel movements...

A good tip is you weight the kitten every day.  Use an electronical scale measuring in grammes.   So you will easier see the development or not.

A good site is www.kitten-rescue.com, you can surely find many ideas there, including how to stimulate him pooing.

The kmr of milkodog seems OK when I googled.  It seems they use it much in Holland.  But if you can get goat milk - preferably fresh, its perhaps even better.

Good luck!

If you can take him to a vet, that would be good.  Consider what Star Light said about worms, and have a look through the link StefanZ has given you.  Hopefully others can come with their ideas as well.  But I think a visit to a good vet tomorrow would be really advisable.

Keep us posted.

If the other cat  is a good mom, it should help much.  Not only with the feeding, but also she is washing - AND help stimulating forward the poo.

As said,if you can get fresh goat milk, its good extra  when this foster mom cant give him enough.

Observe, moms usually ate the poo, so you will probably not see any poo.   But if you notice he seems OK, and the bloated tummy is lesser big - hurray....

The need to see the vet is somewhat lesser now, but if you do have possibility, it may be wise.

If the vet is experienced with small kitens. Not all are.

You need still deworm him. So its is wise you get advice from the vet which one to use.  Some preparates sold in pet shops are dangerous!   So you must know exactly which are good.

We dont know what preparates you do have in Malaysia.

But most preparates arent good for small kittens, so the vet will prob wait with deworming at least one week more.  Probably even more - that depends on what preparates he has.

Good luck!

Yes, you can try with having several drops of olive oil to the milk, for a mild relaxation.  It shouldnt be dangerous in any way.

Its true, it helps sometimes to have a little more water with the milk powder, to  get the poo going.  More diluted.   This is true on many brands of  kmr - even goat milk.

How is his urine? is it clea,r only weak yellow, or is is it dark yellow?

If it is dark yellow, he must have more water.   You can have more water with the milk powder, or put in some drops of water between the feedings.

As usual, him laying on the tummy, head up.  Like he is nursing from mom.

Good luck!  @yulie

Good, so he is not  dehydrated.  He has enouth with water.

Yes, the surrogat moms milk should help him.   Also, her washing him should help to stimulate the poo, as I said earlier.

The surrogat moms own kittens, they are one month older and much bigger  Do they let him nurse?

I guess you can use good quality  oil too other than olive oil.  Perhaps you can get oil from cocos  tree / nuts?    We dont use it much here in west, but its good, they say.

Good luck!  @yulie
