More problems with Marley.

Marley was drinking and urinating excessively for two days. Now that behavior has stopped. Problem is now that he wont drink or go to the bathroom at all. He might have gone once today (he shares a litter box with my other cat) He also had an accident on my bed last night. I cant really find anything online. Has anyone heard of this happening or is Marley in even deeper trouble than before? The vet said even with treatment things can get worse before they start to improve. I'm losing my mind over this. I'm not ready to say goodbye yet and just want to see him act like his usual self again. Anyway any response is appreciated.

Could be a unitary tract infection, or litter is not clean, as some cats are very fussy and have strong smelling ability

He finally peed. I had to give him sub Q fluids last night and after that he finally decided to go to the littler box.   He wouldn't go to the litter box when I carried him to it, but when my mom did (5 minutes later) he went right in. (sigh) false alarm. I'll be surprised ifI'im sane after all of this. lol
