Does it feel dry and kind of hard?  It looks like it's healing.
Yes it does. It's healing slower than I thought it would haha.

I still haven't let her outside to play, but I've brought Atticus in to visit her. She seems to enjoy his company more than ever right now.

Well, it is a hysterectomy so it is a major surgery, even if a common one in kitties.  It sounds like she's doing great!  Have the sores in her mouth changed any since the steroid?

Oh my gosh yes. The ones on her lips are all but gone, while the one on the inside of her mouth is healing, just slower. Very pleased thus far. She's still being a good kitty and taking her antibiotics without any hassle. We'll see what the Vets say next week

Great that she's taking the antibiotics and her mouth is looking better!

Just got back from Nel's follow up appointment. They gave her a second steroid shot as plannned but also gave us some topical antibiotic for her spay incision, because it isn't healing very well.
As you can see, she is worn out from the car ride hehe.

Wow!  They're gone!  Hope her incision clears up soon.  She probably just licked it too much.

Here is her incision now after a few days of applying the topical antibiotic the Vet gave us. It's healing nicely
