Ok I am e-bay challenged (never go there) what is a Power Seller?

a power seller is like an speical group of sellers. you have to have atleast 98% postive feedback (I have 100% knock on wood), and you have to sell more then 1000 dollars on ebay per month (that is ALOT ALOT ALOT of stuff, since most of my items are under 5.00! )

You're moving on up, kiddo! That's fabulous! You know.... at some point you might have to look into having some of those things made for you. You know - you really should call like QVC or HSN or something. Do any of them have a "Pet hour" or half hour or anything like that? I know you're a "cat person," but a lot of what you make is adaptable for dogs, right? Demographics on pet ownership and the size of the market in the U.S. has GOT to appeal to them.
One thing I'd recommend doing first though, Val, is writing up a proposal that clearly states they're not allowed to disclose the idea (or your products) to anyone, and they're not allowed to use the idea (or your products) without your permission.
