hi all, thank you in advance for any advice.

i rescued a very tiny, likely eigh-week-old kitten and immediately thought female from previous rescuing. but...as i have had time with the little one, there appears to be only two nipples so i began thinking male. then because the lower orifice appears to be a slit i am still not convinced it's not a vulva. either way the proximity of the region certainly looks female.

please take a look and share your thoughts.

thanks again.

Thanks Gem!
She does have large ears, and also large paws with extra fur in them, and a short, stout little gait. Also she has a longer face, one I'm particularly fond of. If her paws are any indication, as with her ears, she'll be a bruiser for sure.

Thanks Alyssa!
I appreciate the info about the rarity of these female ginger cats. I have also read about and was told this is a 'Mackerel' tabby pattern. I didn't think twice about a rescue mission for this dirty greasy kitten but the more she domesticates the prettier she is.
