Rash on my cats nose, help!

My cat is about 7-8 years old and she has been getting this weird rash on her nose and sometimes around her eyes for the last 3 summers or so, I thought maybe it could be sunburn but I'm just not sure and would appreciate any feedback if someone has more info on what it could be, thanks!

For sure, I have seen this before on kitties noses. It would not be a sunburn. It would also not be typical of fleas. Since you say it comes back every year in the summer then I am thinking it is something getting on her nose and causing an allergic reaction. Of course, the best answer would be to have your vet look at her nose right away to determine if this is just a skin allergy OR some sort of mite/mange/fungal infection.

I'm thinking it's environmental.  It could be a reaction to grass fertilizer or something like that.
