Cats lip is puffy

My cat' slip seems puffy. No blood or pus. I just noticed it. She's acting completely normal. Trying to save a trip to the vet, but will take her if needed! Just seeing if it's as simple as a bug bite? Any advice is much appreciated! Thanks!

I'm taking Nel to the vet on Thursday about the same thing, except hers are open sores.

Could also be she got in a fight, stung or bit by something, or is having an allergic reaction to something. Keep an eye on it!
