Cat not eating/drinking and has diarrhea

The last couple of days my 4 year old cat refuses to eat or drink, and has severe diarrhea. I am seriously worried, but really cannot afford a vet at this time. Is there anything I can do to help him?

I know you said you can't afford a vet right now, but unfortunately, that is what he really needs right now. If he has not been eating or drinking for the past two days, he is probably already dehydrated and also on his way to developing fatty liver disease. Severe diarrhea is not something you can treat at home. He really needs a vet. Are you eligible for Care Credit? Do you have a relationship with a vet already who might let you make payments? The link below also offers some other things that may help you.
