Belly Shots!

One of my favorite things about a cat are their bellies. I just want to give it a Belleh Rub!!

Is Oksana named after anything? Its a very unique name! Only thing I can personally think of is Lwaxana(pronounced similar) Troi from Star Trek: The Next Generation.

When I first got Oksana I knew very little about cats even though I'd owned them my entire life. I was told she was a Russian Blue. That's obviously not the case, but I didn't know any better then. I wanted to give her a name commensurate with her heritage so I whittled the list down to Natosha (from Boris and Nathosha), and Oksana (As in Oksana Baiul). I obviously chose the latter, and unfortunately Oksana Baiul is Ukrainian, not Russian. Oh well....

The name suits her b/c she's a total diva, and is very prissy. She's the polar opposite of Beans who's laid back and fun loving. 

This is my very feral girl, Cardamom. Can't touch her at all, but she's clearly loving the indoor life:

I always joke that Beans could be a good mouser, if not for her fur being the ultimate hiding place.
