Introducing KeKe

As some of you know, my Mindy cat passed away last month from cancer. 3 days after she passed, the shelter posted a picture of a 5 year old tuxedo girl named KeKe. Mindy was a tux and I called her KeKe as a nickname. I couldn't help but think that this was more than a coincidence. I went to meet KeKe and the rest is history. She is quite a love bug and chats a lot-and loves her belly rubs. I adore having her and she settled in with little adjustment time. I like to think maybe Mindy had a paw in bringing KeKe into my life :heart3:

Oh how wonderful.  I'm so glad you and KeKe found each other.  

What a beautiful kitty and I love the name.  KeKe will bring you much joy and most importantly, she will sense you have sadness in your heart at the moment.  Let her help you accept Mindy's passing.  And as strange as this may sound, don't be surprised if she does something one day that Mindy used to do.  I have seen that a fair number of times before where a new kitty has, out of the blue, done something a passed cat has done.  As you are one who really loves your cats, you will pick up on it very quickly.  I am excited for you and KeKe and I can tell the bond is really growing.  Please give you a big snuggle for me.  Do keep us up to date on KeKe.
