Thoughts and prayers are on the way to Anne and her family. I hope everything is going well! Hissy, if it's possible, please tell Anne's hubby we'd like to see some pictures of Anne and the new baby!

Good luck Anne, I can hardly wait for the news that the baby has just been born, and that mother and baby are both healthy and doing well.

Hey guys no word yet. I did learn she was not having regular contractions when her water broke. So, not sure what that means exactly. Except I was also told via email through a friend of Anne's a few minutes ago, it might be awhile.

Sometimes your water can break when you're not having contractions. Usually they won't let you go too long like that though. They don't want you to have a dry birth and the longer you wait after the water has broken, the greater the chance of infection to the baby and mom. My guess is if she doesn't go into steady labor soon, they'll give her pitosin or something similar to get her going.

Oh - how exciting!!!!

With the whole birth experience being very recent for me, I'm hoping it quick, easy and not too painful for Anne - here's wishing it all goes smoothly!!!

I'm under the impression that you have to give birth within 24 hours of your water breaking. I don't know why, I probably heard it on tv or something. (And therefore it must be true, right?
)

Did Anne decide between Dan and Guy yet?

I hope the delivery is going well. Thanks again for the updates Hissy.
