Wobbles moved his tail!!!!

Wobbles swished his tail!!!!!!

I gave him a bath and decided it was a good day for a trim (I trim the fur on the bottom of his feet and between his toes because he is a long hair and it allows him better traction on my tile floor and the fur on his tail and the matts he tends to get along his lower end and he loves getting trimmed) and a good brushing and when i brushed his tail he swished it!!! First just the tip was wiggling around then he picked the whole tail up and moved it back and forth!!!! he has never once in his whole life moved his tail!!!!! I tried to catch it on video but it only lasted a few seconds....i am not sure what this means but i was soooo happy!!!!

Well if Wobbles wiggled the end of his tail and then moved the whole of his tail it doesn't sound like it was a simple reflex, so perhaps with the stimulation  of the grooming and if he has grown a bit stronger he is learning that his tail can be useful.  I really do hope so!  That would be wonderful as the tail helps cats to balance and to communicate with others.
