Now since summer is stoped here... I have really spending lot of heath moments here in my city...

The questions will be involv about it...

1.- Do yo like the Summer?
2.- Where do you spend your summer time?
3.- If you works, do you have vacations for this time? or in another season?...
4.- If you spend your summer in city ´cause you should to work, how REFRESH YOU....

1.- Do yo like the Summer? Love it, as long as the humidity is fair!

2.- Where do you spend your summer time? at the pool or beach when I am not at work

5.- You need to use A/C for the heath at home? I always have it on at night, I can't sleep when it's hot! During the day I am usually fine

6.- How you keep Cooler at your Furbabies? I leave a fan running during the day, though if it's too hot during the day, I turn the AC on

I'm sure it's really hot where you live, Rigel. I can't imagine dealing with the heat all the time like that. (But I'd like to try!)

1.- Do yo like the Summer? 

I love, love, love summer! I don't mind the heat at all, but the humidity does get to me, if we have high humidity for days and days on end.

2.- Where do you spend your summer time?  

We are outside all the time. In the pool, working in the garden, weeding in the flowerbeds....just outside.

3.- If you works, do you have vacations for this time? or in another season?

I work full time and, while I have vacation time I can take, I usually only take a day or two at a time. It's rare that I'll take a full week or longer off at one time. We do a lot of day trips. I take time off throughout the year, not just during one season.

4.- If you spend your summer in city ´cause you should to work, how REFRESH YOU

I don't live in the city, nor do I work in the city. We are rural here. And I work in an office where AC runs full-tilt and our temp hovers around 65 degrees. We walk around in sweaters and sweatshirts, even during the summer inside because it's always so cold. Some of us (me included) have heaters running in our offices all the time. Believe me, we don't need to be refreshed...it's darn cold in here.

5.- You need to use A/C for the heath at home?

No. Because it's so cold in my work building, I honestly don't mind the heat at home. It's fine.

6.- How you keep Cooler at your Furbabies?  

We run the ceiling fans in the kitchen. In our bedroom, we run the ceiling fan and a window fan. The cats like being cooled down by the fans and the noise doesn't bother them at all. They get into the bed and gather at the foot of the bed, so they can hog the fan's breezes. Rick would like to get central AC, but I honestly don't want it.

I like summer. I think what I like most is that I'm out of school for a few months and can sleep almost as much as I want.

Home. Or work.

I almost never go on vacations. This year, I didn't and won't be going anywhere for anything. I used to go camping and to a music festival, but with my ageing birdies and the diet I have the cats on with no friends or family nearby, I stayed home all summer. I haven't even visited my parents since April.

4.- If you spend your summer in city ´cause you should to work, how REFRESH YOU....

I just stay inside, haha! I'm so boring. Even in the city, at least where I am, it's been relatively nice and we haven't needed AC most of the summer. I actually refresh myself by going outside! Walking around in the shade is pretty refreshing.

5.- You need to use A/C for the heath at home?

I keep the fan on in the bird room, AC on especially hot days... but we've only had a handful of those the past 4 months.

6.- How you keep Cooler at your Furbabies?

Running fans, but once in a while I'll add some ice cubes to their water bowls and fountain. Not that I ever see them drink out of them anymore.

@Winchester I'm so jealous of your pool. I really wanted to find an apartment with a pool, indoor or outdoor, but it just wasn't meant to be. I would be in it everyday, and then I'd have no excuse to get fat.

1.- Do yo like the Summer? Usually, yes. Not so much when I am 7 months pregnant. I am glad this summer has been cool so it hasn't been too bad.

4.- If you spend your summer in city ´cause you should to work, how REFRESH YOU....I don't work or live in the city. I basically just stay home, we go to the park, splash pad, beach, etc.
5.- You need to use A/C for the heath at home? We have one installed in the living room, but don't use it often since it hasn't been hot out. 
6.- How you keep Cooler at your Furbabies? If it's just a little warm, I put on a fan. If it's hot, the a/c goes on.

3. We never vacation in the summer.  It's "prime time" for time off with my husband's company so we go in the off season.

4. I live in the country so we just go out back.  A few weeks ago I filled the kiddie pool and sat in it while my 4 year old used her watering can to pour ice cold water on my back.     I wonder what my new neighbors think? 

5. We do.  As a kid I'd get sick if I overheated.  It doesn't bother me as much; but we do keep the house around 76-78 and run ceiling fans.  I think it helps my kids sleep too.  That's almost more important than anything!

6. My 2 are indoor only so they enjoy the central air.  Noodles has been spending time in the shower stall of the extra bathroom.  I use it to hold a clothes drying rack; so she is hidden a bit too.  Mooch has a spot in my closet she likes. 

1.- Do yo like the Summer? 

No.  Dislike.  Especially commuting into New York City.  Unbearable subways!

2.- Where do you spend your summer time? 

I work full time.  Makes no difference what season it is.  Not home until after 7pm.  Dinner and bed.  Weekends, meh.  Don't like being in the sun at all.  Can't even remember the last time I spent more than 15 minutes in it.  

3.- If you works, do you have vacations for this time? or in another season?

I can take vacations whenever I want to.  Except end December because I have business obligations (closing out books, etc.).  We usually go away in slightly cooler months such as October or April.

4.- If you spend your summer in city ´cause you should to work, how REFRESH YOU

Looking for air conditioning.  My office is kept nice and cool thankfully.  But getting to and from home, to train, to subway, to office is really difficult.  NYC subways are notoriously steam baths.

5.- You need to use A/C for the heath at home?

Absolutely.  It's on all the time in the summer.  Plus, I have seasonal allergies so leaving windows open is kind of a problem.

6.- How you keep Cooler at your Furbabies? 

A/C all the time.

1.- Do yo like the Summer? Meh we have a pool but its way too hot to do anything a lot of the time. I prefer Winters back home in Canada.

2.- Where do you spend your summer time? Nowhere in particular.

3.- If you works, do you have vacations for this time? Currently unemployed, free to do whatever most of the time.. except I don't drive.

6.- How you keep Cooler at your Furbabies? They actually like laying in the sun. But if it's too hot they find shade outside or go under the house. The dogs go swim in the pond.

I love our pool....we've had it forever and have put in the second liner. Rick says that when we need the third liner, we may fill it in. I think I'd be heartbroken. It's a small, in-ground pool, nothing exotic. Goes from 4 feet down to 8 feet. It does the job and, after a hot, muggy day working outside

Yes PAM, temps around 40 centigrades and lot of humity...you finish the day

My vacations are on DEC,.. so on home or work...:disa: but we take some weekends to go at the beac!

Fortunately all my jobs have been with A/C but in the nights should to turn on at the home the A/C too...

1.- Do yo like the Summer? Hate hate hate it. Can't stand being hot and sweaty. Especially here in the Northeast the heat comes with humidity. 

2.- Where do you spend your summer time? Inside at all times, if it's a rare day and it's comfortable outside then at the park UNDER the shade. 

3.- If you works, do you have vacations for this time? I usually take my vacations in spring (my birthday season) or fall, also not a fan of being in big crowds and chaos. 

4.- If you spend your summer in city ´cause you should to work, how REFRESH YOU....: A/C is my bestest buddy in the summertime. 

5.- You need to use A/C for the heath at home? If it's unbearable and a fan wouldn't suffice, you can bet my A/C is on. 

6.- How you keep Cooler at your Furbabies?  When I'm at work I keep the fans on for Momo with plenty of water through out the house, once I'm home I turn the A/C when needed.

I like that it stays daylight out longer, but I hate the heat and humidity

Right here, haven't gone anywhere in years.  This year had family come visit, so that was nice, but really wish I could get a way for awhile. (The reason we haven't gone anywhere is because of our "special needs" furbaby, Cindy.  I wouldn't leave  her for someone else to take care of her).

Pretty much any time I want to take vacation as long as we aren't real busy. I usually take time in the summer and time around the Christmas holiday
