Hello everyone! I am new to this site and just wanted to get some opinions on my newest temporary foster. I was walking my neighborhood and was approached by a little orange tabby. I picked her up and walked around the neighborhood with her to see if anyone knew where she belonged. Finally, a woman down the street told me her name was "Doc Fluffinton" and she lived across from her. I went over there only to find out the house was empty. When I went back to the woman, she confirmed that they had moved and put the cat out because they thought she was pregnant and didn't want to deal with kittens. I have had her for just under two weeks. She's super sweet, eats like a horse, and loves people. She is young, probably around 1 year old. I have never had a pregnant cat; all of my experiences have been bottle feeding kittens and various other animals or senior care. I'm not sure what I'm looking for. Do you think she is pregnant? I tried to take pictures of all sides. They range from last week when I found her, until now. Also, I've renamed her- Eliza :) Any suggestions/comments/thoughts would help me so much! Thanks!

Tx a lot for helping this little sis of ours!   If you have experience with bottle feeding kittens and other animals, you probably already know more than most forumites.   :)

Anyway, some links, cant hurt, may help:

Most of these links have been readied by our forumist  Red Top Rescue:

We have a good collection of articles in the Cat Health section which you can access by scrolling up to the brown bar, clicking on Articles, and then choosing the Cat Health section and scrolling through the choices.  To make this super easy for you, I am copying the links regarding birth, delivery and newborns for you here.  After reading this information, let us know if you have any more questions.  And good luck with your approaching new arrivals.
