I have had Mia since she was 7 weeks old. I adopted her from the APL and she was quite a large kitten already. She is 3 years old now and weighs in at 13lbs. Although large she is tall and long not fat. I have had Norville for 4 weeks now. Friday at his vet visit she estimated him at  8 weeks old and he weighed 1lb 8oz. He was skin and bones when the lady who found him gave him to me 4 weeks ago. I really didn't think he would make it but between Mia and I he did. I put Mia in there to because she has been such a Mommy to him. Bathing, cuddling and playing with him. He loves to play now thanks to her. He love to attack and wrestle with her and she really puts it all out there for him!  :)  He has helped Mia a lot too. She was a only cat and never has been much of a player. Just kinda laid around, watched out the window most of the days, now all that's changed as so has my life and I wouldn't have it any other way!

What a sweet pair!  How wonderful that they are doing so much good for each other.  And so good of you to take in Norville.

Welcome to TCS!

They both sound so lovely. I am so glad that things worked out with Mia accepting the kitten and that she is being such a good caretaker and playmate.

Hi there, welcome to TCS.
How great to hear what a difference Norville has made to Mia's life.  They certainly look like they'e getting along well in your avatar - very sweet how Norvie's cuddling in there.  I look forward to hearing how their relationship builds, and hope to hear more tales of Norvie growing in to a healthy and thriving young cat.
