Hi there!!

So 2 weeks ago I found 3 abandoned kittens (I live in thailand and they were at my gym) so ive been looking online for help! I estimated they were around 2-3 weeks old. Theres literally nothing where I live to buy things like kitten formula etc. Ive been feeding them soya milk with a syringe which was fine, then started to give them wet kitten food they are eating it but not alot! Everytime I go to feed them they are starved! But then hardly take anything and now they wont take milk! I was adding milk or water to the food aswell but Im worried they are not eating enough! Ive been cleaning them with damp cotton balls but they are filthy all the time! One of them their tails curls inwards and theres poo stuck all over it! I look at them and they look starved and dirty and I feel terrible! The fact that they are alive still is great and they are active and loud and I give them cuddles etc but they are so tiny im not sure what else I should be doing!

Any advice would be great!

Thanks

If you can get goat milk, its quite good.  Otherwise, you can try with human cow milk youghurt.  Some full fat, plain, unsweetened sort.  Perhaps "turkish yoghurt".

Both these are better than plain cow milk  (some cats manage cow milk, many doesnt).

Wet cat food which you had began with, should be good.  Minced meat...

Difficult to know what you do have there, and what not.

The dirty bottoms is prob because of some diarrhea they probably have.  Kitten poo is naturally somewhat rare, alike toothpaste. Until they begin to eat solid food.   But I suspect yours is even more diarrheatic.

You can wash off them now and then, if you so wish.   Easiest to held them under warm running water, and with the other hand have on some  soap solved in warm water...   And wash off with your other hand.

If they need stimulation, you tap with forefinger of this other hand on their genitalia...

Make sure you dry them afterwards, and also, there is no draugh before they are dry...

Hope it helps.

Continue to ask and report!

Good luck!

Gave them a little wash the other night, I dont think I mentioned in my first post but they smell really bad!! Ive changed the box they were being kept in, and will wash them again tonight to see if any better! But for such tiny little things they really smell?

Washing them is fine, just make sure you use a very mild soap and dry them thoroughly and keep them very warm and out of drafts until completely dried. You don't want them to become chilled. Change their bedding twice a day or whenever it becomes soiled. If kept properly clean they shouldn't smell too bad.

Goat's milk is good, you can also make a decent formula with tinned milk, egg yolks, and corn syrup (Google for homemade kitten formula recipes). If their teeth are poking through they're ready for solid food, if no teeth yet stick with the milk. Giving them solids too soon can mess up their digestion.

This website is very useful: http://www.kittenrescue.org/index.php/cat-care/kitten-care-handbook/

Well its been hard work!! They got sick their hair fell out and skin flaking everywhere! I was so upset I got someone to take them to an animal hospital! Lots of medicine and care etc had to skip out of work everyday (thankfully I'm down the road) to feed and give their meds! now they are around 7-8 weeks, absolutely beautiful and healthy!! I love them

Aww I'm so happy that they manage to survive! it's quite difficult to raise kittens that young! I also found 3 abandoned kittens, one died and the other two survived. I live in China and it's also hard to find good food and vets in my area v_v

Yes it was much harder than I thought it would be but totally worth it! I absolutely love them, and now people who didnt like them at the start (because they were sick and looked horrible) love them now as they are so beautiful!!........but they're mine!! :)
