Last night, we had salmon & crab. I fed the baby some Salmon and she LOVED it. Can she have crab? I don't know a lot about shellfish and cats...it's all cooked...nothing added. I spice it afterwards...not for her. Thanks.

I don't know why she couldn't have a little bit.  I have given mine canned food before that had crab in it, although none of them like it
.  Same with shrimp

I just wouldn't go overboard with seafood, that's all.

I can get snow crab legs here for about $7-8 a lb, and I've fed mine tidbits with no problem.  Actually, it was cooked in Zatarains and it didn't bother them (wasn't enough crab to matter).

I've seen commercial foods like Fancy Feast include shrimp and other things, so I don't see why not.  Matter of fact, it might be nice as an occasional treat, and you never know when something like that may help you hide a medication.

Mine loved the tin with shrimp in it. Hoovered it up.

You wouldn't because of mercury? Or why?
