I have two 4 month old kittens.  They have been together since to got them (supposedly out of the same litter) and they have bonded very well, until now.  I recently neutered (2 weeks ago) the male due to aggression and marking with the female.

We are unable to spay her now due to her deformities and my vet wants to wait another 2 months.

I know it may take a little while for the neutered male kitten's testosterone to go away as that may be part of all this.

Here is what is happening....

1.  He urinates immediately on top of where she urinates in the litter box, just moments after she goes.

2.  Someone urinated all over my bed two days ago.

3.  The male kitten won't let the female kitten up on the bed with me, he has claimed me as his and chases her away even from my lap while watching TV.

4.  The male kitten mounts the female, still

5.  The male kitten sniffs and licks her butt frequently, I don't think this is general grooming as he doesn't groom her anywhere else.

6.  Same issue with eating, he pushes her away.  I have tried feeding them in separate rooms, in separate bowls, nothing works, so I stand there and monitor their eating so I can make sure the female will get something to eat.

I hope his aggression and marking stops soon.

Thanks for listening

Your female might also be coming into heat (oestrus). Your recently neutered boy's hormones have not yet settled so her condition is further affecting his behavior.

Hello Yayi ~  Thank you for responding to my post.  I suggested that but even my vet is saying no.  But her size is deceiving due to her genetic

deformity. She goes in for her last shots next Thursday and will approach this again with my vet.
