Sure, most of it isn't good for you at all. Once in a while though I find myself in the drive-thru and it is normally Taco Bell. I try to limit it but I do get Taco Bell cravings. Once a year or so I will succumb at get a burger from FiveGuys also.

My healthier fast food splurges are an occasional egg-white flatbread from Dunkin Donuts or a salad with grilled chicken from McDonalds.

What's your fast food craving?

I miss Taco Bell. I'd only been a few times with my brother since we didn't have any near us.

I will always go for Krispy Kreme donuts and poutine. I crave these things all the time...

I also love Big Mac sauce. In the years I went to McDonalds, I always got Big Mac meals. Coincidentally, these are the same years that I gained 30lbs (don't do fast food, kids. Let this be a lesson). But now I know Big Mac sauce is pretty much mayo, mustard, and relish mixed together. My boyfriend made it for me without even realizing and when I said I loved it, he made it several days in a row until I had to politely ask him to stop since it was making my stomach upset.

Big Macs for sure. I love them and I have been craving them this pregnancy (I did with my daughter too). I could really go for one right now, but I am trying to eat lower sodium and a big mac has more than a days worth in it.

KFC. This past Monday night, Rick wasn't home for dinner and I had to go by KFC to get to Staples. Now, I haven't had anything from KFC in, well, I bet it's been about 4 years or so now. And I just dearly love the stuff, although it's something Rick doesn't really care for much. I stopped by the drive-thru on my way home from Staples and got a 2-piece white meat dinner, complete with the mashed pots, gravy, biscuit and cole slaw. I swear that chicken was calling me.

Got home, put everything on a plate, sat down at the table and......was immediately joined by Tabby, followed by Mollipop, followed by Muffin! On the kitchen table! When did they learn to like KFC? I don't think I've had any at all since Molli joined our family, let alone the other girls. But well, I shared my chicken with the three girls on the table and with Ms. Pepe who kept pawing my leg from the floor. They ate all the chicken and I ate what was left.

It's hard to enjoy your dinner when you've got three cats sitting on the kitchen table watching every bite. Chicken Hawks, the whole lot of them.

Interestingly, Mrs. B, when I was pregnant, I couldn't stand the smell of KFC or McD's. Both made me ill.

I'm not really sure... I don't eat fast food much so I can't think of a dirty little secret off the top of my head.

However, when I DO eat at Wendy's I only order french fries and a Frosty... AND DIP MY FRIES IN MY ICECREAM!

McDonald's french fries with their (it has to be McD's) tartar sauce.  Sounds weird, I know.  But I've hooked plenty of people on it!

I can't stand the smell of KFC normally. If I am going to eat KFC, it's not usually the original chicken. I like the twister wrap. Now I want one of those, too bad the KFC in the town we just moved to closed down....in fact most KFC or Taco Bells closed unless they are a KFC/Taco Bell combo restaurant.

I love McDonalds fries with their mayo. Fries with mayo is always good, but at McDonalds it is so much better.

This thread is making me very hungry.

Pam KFC is my favorite chicken.  It used to be right on the corner from where I live, they moved it further away so I haven't had it for awhile.  I just love it and when we want it, we usually get a bucket of chicken with all the sides, Russ loves it too.  I prefer the dark meat tho and original recipe, don't like the crispy at all.

My dirty lil fast food secret has to be mc Donald's chicken nuggets. Once in a while I just have to have it. I think it is childhood nostalgia, we used to go only on special occasions. Now it is my comfort food if I'm feeling down.

It's not from any of the "usual suspects", i.e., chains, but I indulge my craving for döner kepab every couple weeks.

I consider Egg McMuffins to be fairly healthy :lol3:. If I lived closer to a McDonald's I'd have one fairly regularly. I won't eat egg whites without yolks (an abomination!) so I like the regular ones. But they're so expensive now! I don't know what happened--they were 2 for $2.22 a couple years ago. Now they're, um, I think $2.50-ish for one (it's been a while since I got one).

I try not to eat fried things. So my indulgence is a Wendy's spicy chicken fillet sandwich with chicken nuggets as a side (same amount of calories as french fries and I like them better. . .). Mmm yummy.

I like Wendy's cheeseburgers and McDonald's fries so it's one or the other.  It depends on which one I am craving at the moment.  I used to work with a woman that actually would go through two drive thrus at lunch time, a Roy Rogers for a sandwich and a McDonald's for fries.  I don't know what the deal is with McDonald's fries.  Someone told me that they put beef tallow in the oil that they fry them in but I don't know if that is true, there are a lot of McDonald's haters starting nasty rumors about them.

I don't do fast foods anymore since I have been eating gluten free. I do however love to stop at McDonalds for their chocolate sundae. Is that fast food. :lol3:

Bacon cheeseburgers from Hardees.  I could skip the fries (although sometimes they have had bacon cheese fries or something like that; but it's too heavy to go with the burger) but their burgers are better fast food ones.

Every now and then (maybe once or twice a year?) I need a fried chicken fix and I'll either stop at Popeyes or this gas station that has really good chicken.

Our normal "fast food" splurge is Chick-fil-a.

Taco Bell breakfast bacon crunch wrap is amazing. I try not to get it but my goodness!!

Sadly at work during day shifts we eat Tudors every morning. Night shifts it's a place called suzies at 4am. I normally don't eat suzies since my stomach can't handle all the grease!

Whataburger .. which are actually not that bad.   If I go for something truly junk for my body it's chili-cheese covered tator tots from Sonic, or any county fair
