I bought the SS Drinkwell 360 fountain. They had one of the other drinkwell fountains, since they were kittens. But they dont seem to like this one. Did it take your cat(s) awhile to get used to it? They seem to be afraid of it. I changed the stream to just one and even turned it around. But they dont want to drink from it. I am hoping they will eventually get used to it.
Has anyone changed fountains? How did it go? Im worried they arent going to drink less water instead of more.

When  our cats were eating a  dry / kibble diet  I tried one of these fountains  and they wanted nothing to do with it ..  I tried several other fountains and they did not care for any of them ..

They prefer just a flat stainless steel dish  , but now they are on a 100%  wet/can diet so I don't worry about it .. They do still drink quite a bit from their dish even though they get  can food ..

When I purchased a pioneer stainless drinking fountain, my kitties were a little leery of it at first. Eventually, one by one they discovered it and started drinking from it. If possible, you could leave it off initially, and let them discover it that way first. Then later, turn it on.

Well I caved and gave them their old drinkwell back. They still arent drinking from it. I did see one cat drink from it this morning. But i can see the line hasnt gone down. I would have left both out. But i gave the other one to my old cat who stays upstairs. :(

Mine have a Pioneer Pet stainless Big Max that they share with the dog. She drinks most of the water. I was on Kohl's.com earlier because I found some good discount codes for Kohl's card members and got a great deal on a Pioneer Pet black ceramic  raindrop fountain. Here's the details:

Original price $59.99 on sale for $53.99. The first discount code brought it down to $43.99 and subsequent discount codes and a free shipping code got the final price to $27.28 shipped. I just checked Amazon and they are getting $46.08 for it. I keep the kitty's food dishes out of the dog's reach so I will keep their fountain up higher also. They drink from the other one but might be better about it if they have one that is just theirs.

That's a good deal!  I wouldn't have thought to check Kohls for those.  I have gotten some great deals on things before; when they have the sales and discount codes.  I'll have to keep an eye on the pet products.

Thats cute!!  I'd want to display that on a shelf instead of use it!  Although these 2 finish off their food so fast I'm sure I'd still get to see that cute little face plenty.
