My 3yr old girl just bit me on the nose twice! I was petting her and she was purring and needing then just bit me. What is her issue? I trained her to give kisses on command and shes never bit before

That is what is known as a kitty love bite. 
Sometimes when cats are being fussed and loved up they can get over stimulated. This results in them giving you an affection bite.
Think of it as the equivalent of a feline kiss. Its her way of expressing how much she loves you
