So My cat got out on accident she had 6 kittens about a week ago I found them all homes for when they are old enough but they don't seem much bigger and she keeps tossing random kittens out of the litter. My cat is much skinnier and I'm worried about my cats health. She also  isn't licking their bottoms and letting them release after each feeding so I have done it a few times. I only see her go in about 4 times a day to care for them and she will allow one to be super far away and just cry and ompletely ignore it(its not the same kitten either it varies all 6 have been on the receiving end of this. I think I should get some KMR and either feed it to her or to the kitten (it varies but there is always at least one) that seem to not be able to fight the crowd to get a teet or that she takes off away from the litter.

Yeah, it seems here wise to supplement feed both, [mom] and the kittens.   Which of them depends on the need you can see.   Good also you are helping them eliminate if needed.   The brand  KMR in pulver is the best, but there are also other good ones.   Goat milk is also OK if can find it.

It is wise to weigh them every day, so you know if they get enough, and get a nice point whom exactly needs most extra supplement.  They should gain about 10+grammes a day, as  memorial rule.

Some cheap kitchen electronical scale, measuring in grammes, is best.  To buy or to borrow.

The food for her should be well nourishing,  kitten type.  Dry food or wet food.   Some extra calcium wont hurt.  Perhaps a little cheese, perhaps some plain unflavored full fat youghurt.    If she since earlier ates common cow milk, you can use this too, full fat.    Otherwise, goat milk works fine, but its more costly...

And dont let her our from the kitten room so much!   Remember also,  she can get in heat anytime now.  They arent protected from heat by lactacing, unlike humans.   And you dont want her to disappear, and perhaps get run over by a car at this moment...  Especielly not at this moment...

Good luck!
