For those of you who are old enough, do you remember the moon landing 45 years ago?

I remember my whole family watched it on TV, then we ran outside to the front lawn to look up at the moon. My mother said very convincingly, "I can see the flag!" and I believed her and tried to see it, too, LOL.

I was 7 years old. I remember my Mom and Dad were watching it on TV. I was riding around the living room on our compact vacuum that was shaped like a bullet!  LOL

I was 13 at the time.  I remember watching it on TV but that's really all I remember about it.  Of course the video and audio quality were horrible compared to the way it is today.

I was 13 and at school.

We all crammed into the boarder's community room to watch it on the tiny little TV set.

I was in my teens, and parked firmly in my chair watching the TV.  I also had my model of the USS ENTERPRISE in my lap.....

I was in my mom's tummy waiting to be born!

If it was July 21st, it was exactly one month to the day before I was born.   YUP, I'll be 45 next month!

I was only ten, and we closed all the curtains in the house so that we could see better it on our old fuzzy and blippy TV.

I was 16 or 17 and I was working in an Italian family restaurant.  We had a TV and we all stopped what we were doing and watch it on the TV.  It was a very exciting moment!
