5 week old feral kitten possible sick?

Hi my 5 week old kitten eats organic cat food he doesn't drink the water I provide but I add some to his wet food. When I hold him I feel is bones and his tummy is big. A week before this I took him to the vet, he received flea and deworming meds, hes too young for the vaccines. He eats and poops regularly abd he has a follow up appointment in 2 weeks. Should I take him to the vet now or wait til it's time to go back. I'm really concerned

And he I came home from work and found throw up.

The big tummy is usually an indication of parasites. I would call your vet and see if you should take him in now or wait the two weeks. Kittens don't have reserves so they can go downhill quickly. If he vomits again, I would definitely take him in sooner later than later.

He seems fine he sleeps normal, poops 3 or 4 times a day, plays, and eats properly. I'm really confused.
