I took my cat to the vet and it turned out he has ring worm on his chest, its hard to tell because the pink on his chest is very light and faded. So he gave us antifungal shampoo to take care of that.

Then i took my cat to the vet again two days ago, it turned out he has ear mites,so the doctor cleaned his ears with q tips, applied cream and everything. He then gave me two sets of tablets, one for his flu and the other for either his fungal production or the ear mites im not sure. He also gave him two injections one for his flu and the other for fungal production i think, not sure. So i asked the vet why his eyes are always tearing and he said its caused by the pain from scratching his ears. So he also has this weird light pink on the back of his ears its really weird. So here he is 4 month old charlie, still has brown things in his ears.

If he has ringworms, it is possible it has spread to his ears. Though, it doesn't look like much fur loss.

To help clean his ears, I'd take a damp cotton ball of water and alcohol (more water) and gently clean inside his ears- do not use a Q-tip as you may accidentally push it too far and hurt him.

I am not an expert in this area, but I hope someone comes around to help you soon!
