One of the kittens that I'm fostering has somehow hurt his hind paw pad. I'm unsure of what to do. He didn't step on anything sharp since there's nothing sharp where he's at. I have no idea how he did it

He's walking fine and running and playing like he usually does; no limping or anything. I did find one small spot of blood on the floor, but don't see any other spots anywhere

Should I take him to the vet??

I just took this picture

He just took the skin off, could have happened on a floor vent, any rough edge.  The skin flap is still hanging on, in fact.  It will probably heal fine if you just keep putting triple antibiotic ointment on it (human kind, get it at any drugstore, common brand Neosporin, but many other brands).  He will lick it off but it helps keep germs away.
