What are you cats favourite toys?

Hello!

I just thought it would be fun to know what toys everyone's cat prefers! My Gracie loves chasing bell balls or plastic Easter eggs all around the house! She also loves the toys that are like a big stick then have string and something at the end!

She is terrified of wind up toys though. :O if you put one on the ground near her she freaks out and runs away!

Big bubble tea straws, as well as bundles of paper when they're being held by people. He likes to be assaulted with his toys since it gets him riled up

Both cats love dried black licorice too.

Oh my gosh that cat tunnel looks perfect for Gracie! We have a couple small ones but I think a connected one would make her so happy!

Since you're in Canada, you'll probably be able to find them with ease! I got mine at Petsmart and it was pretty cheap compared to the individual tunnels. It's held up pretty long, and while there are a few claw holes through some spots, it has yet to tear or have any big holes open up.

Our cats like the wand toys (stick with string and a toy) too, but they're touch and go about it. I just get dollar store ones since they phase in and out of it, and they don't last too long anyway

Last Christmas we bought a catnip ball (it's like, a hard ball of catnip) for Nel and Atticus. They are the only cats that come inside on a regular basis. They love it! It's round and rolly and they can bat it around the room. We also have laser pointers, an obvious favorite of all cats.

And then this thing... I don't know what to call it. (This is Nel mid play session)

This turtle! He's had it since they were the same size and he loves chasing it, tackling it, doing somersaults with it, and jumping up in the air to catch it!

He will yowl like there is something seriously wrong with him and I will come running to see what is wrong, worried he is sick or injured, and he will just be crying for me to throw his turtle for him!!!

They go nuts for it. especially in the dark. I keep it on top of a tall bookshelf and when play time is over, they will try to climb the bookshelf to get it back. They have lot of toys, they love their catnip mouse and the catnip bananas but this wand toy is king for both of them. that and, of course, empty cardboard boxes. 

When I first brought them home, the Omega Paw litter box hadn't arrived so I bought a small one to last the day until I got home to assemble the big one. They each used it once I guess and it got washed and put away. Lilith found it and it became her favorite place to lounge. It's just their size. They started getting into disagreements about who was going to sit in  this $1.98 litter tray so I had to go get another one to keep the peace.  I have 2 empty litter trays in the living room that they love to relax and nap in.  

my snick loves pretty much any yeowwww! catnip toys. she really enjoys her cat dancer wand toy, as well as her neko flies wand toy with various lures.

My little girl loves anything with feathers and balls. She doesn't like non noise or non feather things.She also loves the wand toys.

Isabel likes small furry mice that make a rattle noise.  I get them at petsmart.  They must make noise though.  And she loves her peacock feather wand.  I play hide and seek with it under bed covers or pillows.  

I just found in Walmart catnip bubbles. Well see how that turns out.

Our Ruby can make anything a toy as long as it has an animal face.  She went through our son's stuffed animals and found a little lion.  She loved that.  She tried to kill it.  She threw it in the air.  It was the best.  Then she got bored, and looked for something else.  I had a bunch of baby stuff ready to be given away.  Ruby jumped into the basket and took out a wash mitt that had some animal face.  Where ever she goes, so goes the mitt.  It is in shreds, which is a sign of a fun toy.  

Official cat toys never get played with.  

My oldest cat loves to chase thing. Anything on a string is fun, and if you throw balls etc. 

However the most fun thing is to chase and eat strings and chew up headphones. So wrapping presents is a pain...

(don't worry, I always catch him before he swallows the string.)

I also recently bought a cat tunnel that he loves! It's fun to lay in and spy on the other cats.

The second oldest one LOVES these kind of foamy balls. I don't know what they're called... 

She actually fetches with them to. Its really cute. 
And my third one... I tried everything! I bought so many toys to find her one that she loves.

She likes catnip toys a lot. She got a rainbow catnip toy when I first got her and she's getting a new one for her birthday.

Her absolute favourite toy though, is a small cheap mouse that I got just so I would pay with even money... After 6 months of expensive toys she loves the not-even-one-dollar-mouse!

I should probably mention that at the moment she is sleeping on my bag, on the floor. Not in the super duper cloudy fancy fluffy magical cat bed I bought her...
