Our cats have had a few litters of kittens over the last 4 years. Naturally, I always take pictures of them. (Duh who wouldn't?!) I even have some of some of my furbabies when they were teeny weeny!

And before anyone says anything about spaying and neutering... my two males are fixed. We had hoped this would fix the problem. Unfortunately spaying is expensive but it's a work in progress. Until then we can't help other people's males from wandering!

Now... be prepared for a plethora of kitten pictures!
     My Cici
This was their entire litter.

My Torti Nel as a kitten.
She used to watch me play games on my laptop.

This was a double litter. Two of our mom cats gave birth at the same time and they grew together! Mostly Siamese except the little black and white tabby looking one!

This was my Nel's first litter of kittens

 This was her second.

Another Siamese litter! We had a stray male Siamese coming around when our females were in heat.

A litter of 5 orange fluff balls!

OMG KITTENS

Hey look, me! And more kittens!

I hope you enjoyed being bombarded with adorable fur-faces!

Awwww!!!   'Dunnesss dacious'

Here are some of my two kits.  They are no longer kittens now, they are ten months old.  But when we first brought them home they were terrified, and spent a good bit of the evening hissing at me.  I put them at the foot of the bed in their carrier and played with them and plied them with plenty of kitty treats.  Here are a couple of the pictures--my husband took them.  In the first one they are in their carrier.  In the second one, they ventured out of the carrier, and were watching a wand toy I was waving over their head.  Also watching was the Yorkshire Terrier/Pug mix dog that we are dog sitting for our god-daughter.  In the profile shot, Yorkie, looks exactly like a young Chewbacca, the Wookie from Star Wars.....

How cute! My youngest cat is 2 now, so I have no more little ones. I don't think we're expecting more kittens any time soon!

As much as I love kittens, I have to ask, are your two momma cats altered now?

Please read above all of the photos, at the very top of the post.

http://www.aspca.org/pet-care/spayneuter - I am sure others will come along with other suggestions but that's the first one that popped up in my search.  There are a few options in my area for free-low cost spay/neuters and hopefully there are in your area(or within a reasonable drive) as well.

There are major health risks for intact female cats, too. :/

Is keeping them inside and away from unaltered males an option?  What about an outdoor enclosure?

Lovely kittens but getting my Tippi spayed a few months back was the right decision and it didn't break the bank , I am retired so don't have a lot of money but spaying was a priority when Tippi came to live with me.

I would worry my self to death thinking can I find these lovely babies good homes.

Getting a cat spayed isn't that expensive compared with the cost of feeding, vaccinating and then finding homes for a litter of kittens. Please do the responsible thing and get your female cats spayed. There are hundreds of healthy cats and kittens being killed in shelters every day because homes can't be found for them.

Please don't add to the problem.

I know you've written about this in your first post, @AlyssaM but it's worth noting that TCS is a pro spay and neuter site, so you will find people encouraging you to have your girls spayed.

This is the pertinent bit out of our forum rules under Cat Care Policies, Guidelines and Stances:

3. This is a pro-spay-and-neuter website. Please make sure to spay and neuter your cats. Unless you are a professional breeder and your cat is part of a professional breeding program, please educate yourself to the importance of spaying and neutering by the time your cat is 4-6 months old. If you take care of a feral colony, please make sure to do so responsibly by practicing TNR (Trap, Neuter, Release) protocols within the colony. Read More Here.

Your kittens are gorgeous, and the photos are delightful, of course;  I just wanted to explain why, despite your disclaimer, people are likely to encourage you to spay your girls.

I know it is pro spay and neuter, I am too. I do plan on getting them spayed, I just have to be able to afford it first...

I see you are in south GA. Here is a website that shows all of the low cost spay and neuter clinics in your state. It cost my 2 girls less than $30 each. Most will work with you based on your income if you can't afford that.

http://www.gapetresources.com/p/spayneuter.html?m=1
Thank you I am going though this list right now. We actually took our males to get neutered at hsscg. If there are less expensive clinics in a reasonable distance I will take them there (gas costs and distance matter since I live way in the country). If there are clinics that only charge $30 but are 200miles away I may as well just take them to the clinics that charge $90...

I do appreciate everyone's opinions and thoughts on spay and neutering. Please do not interperet my earlier statements as neglegence.

I'm glad to help. If I were you, I'd keep your girls in doors until you are able to take them. A dam can go into heat again within 6 weeks of giving birth.

Good luck.

Actually, a queen can go into heat a day after giving birth.
