it is hard to tell how far along the cat is pregnant, but from what i noticed, when the belly is really big, almost huge, then the due date might be close, also the nipples would see more out i would say, also when she is closed to giving birth, i have noticed that they knead quite a lot.

if you do want to help her then try to provide her with a secure warm place so she can feel safe to give birth, like a basket placed in a corner or a well sheltered box. place towels or old clothes there too and lead her to the place you prepared, you will have to also provide her with food and water because for the first few weeks she will probably not leave her kittens, so you have to give her the food and water and keep them near her.

if you were able to be present at the time of birth, make sure she licks off the sack off of every kitten, else the kitten dies, she will do that naturally but just make sure to look after her if she needs anything, usually it all goes well and smoothly, if you were able to take her to a vet or a shelter, then that would be good (take her before she gives birth because she might get scared and defensive if you try to touch her kittens.)

for the kittens you will not have to do anything, the mom will take care of it all, licking them and feeding them.

there is really nothing you can do but provide shelter, food, water, and care.
