Hi guys!

As always, I am trying to improve my girl's wet food rotation and to keep it as close to a natural prey diet as I can. Basically, I want to wean her off beef and lamb and stick to chicken, duck, turkey and more novel small proteins like rabbit, pheasant, quail etc. The problem is finding those less common proteins in a food that is appropriately formulated, i.e. High protein, moderate fat, and low carbohydrates. I have been unsuccessful in finding a high protein, moderate fat rabbit canned food until now. Nature's Logic appears to have a higher protein content than fat content - the only issue I have is the other ingredients in the Nature's Logic Recipe.

Here is the link to the Rabbit formula:

What do you guys think? Are there any red flag ingredients I should be aware of? Their super detailed analysis claims it only contains 7.13% carbs which is enough below the 10% max carb content I have settled upon. Opinions? Any experiences with this food?

I apologize in advance if a thread has already been made about this food. I could not for whatever reason find it.

Oh no apologies needed !!! New threads on the same subject (if there was even one) is always welcomed and always good to address again if needed.

I do think this canned food is excellent and I have even tried it in rotation with my six BUT NO ONE would eat it. I tried the Chicken, Duck and the Rabbit with no luck. Even my piggiest kitty, Perkins, would not eat it. I had to douse it with Fortiflora to get anyone to try it. I wish they would have liked it because I do think it is an excellent canned food choice.
