Good morning and Happy 4th of July!

Easy question today:  Do you prefer liquid soap or a bar of soap?

I'm on a Dial Coconut bar soap kick right now. I love that stuff! We have a local soap store where they make all different kinds of soaps, lotions, etc.  It's a neat store and I always find something interesting. They have a vanilla bean soap with a matching vanilla bean body butter.Every time I open that container of body butter, I take a deep whiff and mmmmmmmmm. Yum

Liquid. I use a soapless cleanser (Sebamed) for my face, and scented shower gel or creme. I use body butter that matches the scent of whatever gel I'm currently using, generally something from The Body Shop or Weleda.

I have a container with liquid soap at every sink in the house. For myself I use both. I love washes, scrubs and butters, but I also use bars, usually from a local place that sells soaps they make. This time of year I often have a few dots of poison ivy on me at all times. I do a lot in the yard and I usually only have to look at poison ivy to get it. I'm reluctant to use scrubs this time of year because of it so tend towards bar soaps.

To wash hands, liquid. To shower, I feel less wasteful with bar soap and it's better in the summer when I'm more likely to sweat and want to wash more thoroughly. I like having scrubs for winter, but it's kind of a pain when they make the shower floor greasy and I have to clean it again after my shower.

I have liquid antibacterial soap at every sink.  I probably don't need antibacterial at every sink, but the kitchen I do because of meat handling, etc.  In the shower I have bar soaps, washes, scrubs...it depends.  Especially if I am trying to get sunscreen back off of me.  For my face I generally use Dr. Wood's black soap, Acne.org wash, or Cetaphil.

Definitely liquid. "Orchid Petals and Mint" for hands, and "Body Butter Sea Kissed Scrub" for the shower. Both smell lovely!

I find using liquid a lot easier to use, and last longer.

As for my face, I tend to favour foam, though use liquid/gel quite often too just fine.

For shower? I use both. I like soap bar because it feels "cleaner" for when I'm sweaty and nasty. I also have a orange-scented body soap that I use with a scrubbing thingy during the winter. For face, Neutrogena gel. Hand wash and everything else, foam.

i use bar soap for showering, but that's because i get very sweaty and grungy dirty from cleaning the house then doing lawn care and gardening. i use about one bar of soap for each shower i take, as the dirt and weeds try to leave stains on my hands so i scrub it off carefully. i use the soap bar scraps in a mesh bag (like the ones that lemons will come in or such) that i leave outside hanging over the water spigot, so i can wash some of the soil off of my hands after gardening.

i have extremely sensitive hands, part of having raynaud's i think. so i protect them from dish soap and other things that are harsh. i use disposable vinyl gloves when cleaning the litter boxes daily and for quite a few kitchen tasks too. so i use hand sanitizer gel (i have a dispenser up on the wall) to clean my hands from minor gunk/stuff.

I use a handmade bar soap from New Mexico for showering.  I actually learned about it here and have been using it since.  I use dove bar soap on my face and a cheap liquid soap at the sinks for washing hands.  The grocery store routinely has it 10 for 10 dollars, when it's on sale like that I stock up.

l have liquid soaps/gels at all the sinks ans showers, and typically l use the gel to wash with. But ... l do prefer a bar of soap, l don't know why.

l love the soft, creamy Dove bars.

I like liquid soap for hand washing; but I'm using a bar soap in the shower right now.  My kids have a bar of soap in their bathroom for hand washing.  We were going through liquid soap like crazy when my first was potty trained!

Only liquid or cream for hands face and body. In the shower I use a body massage sponge everyday so like the cream shower. Once a week I scrub my face. I'm lazy about scrubbing my body and lotioning even though I have plenty of butters. I'm either sweating like mad from my shower in the summer or cold in the winter.

I use liquid soap at the sink and body washes in the shower. Hubby has his and I have mine. The body washes make less soap scum on the shower walls.
