Have you tried a banana sandwich with plenty of butter and sugar? It's children's food but I love it. Mind you I am in my second childhood

I like all fruit. I find myself steering away from buying bananas though. It seems like from the store to home, they become mush.
l once found a forgotten one on top of the fridge - the fruit flies led me to it

Least favorite = melons
favorite is hard because I like most of them. I guess peaches are my favorite. The problem I have is that no fruit from the store tastes as good as the fruit I used to get from my backyard growing up. We had peaches, pears, grapes,sweet cherries, sour cherries, apples, some other fruit we called prunes - they look like little purple footballs and taste like plums, currents, blackberries growing wild on the side of the road, strawberries growing wild in the field next door. The stuff I buy in the store these days is expensive and just doesn't taste all that good to me.

I like most fruits. Favorite. . .maybe cherries. Cherries are always good, except in pie. Ick. I do not like sweetened mushy cooked cherries. Another favorite is fresh pineapple, not canned.
For some others, it depends where I buy them/how fresh they are. I don't like strawberries from the store. Too sour and bad texture. But picked fresh they're good. I don't like store-bought plums either---the skin has a bad flavor and the texture is weird. But if I find a wild plum tree, yummy! Pears too; right off the tree they're great. From the store, not so great :/.

It was a yellow peach. I usually only buy them from the farmer's market but this was from the grocery store. I learned my lesson.Was it a white or yellow peach? You can keep your yellow'uns.
Whites are delish.
White peaches are the best.
