Can someone tell me what this skin condition is?... Kitten 6 weeks s/p URI

Hi I foster 10 kittens that came from a local animal control.

They had terrible URI of course but recovered. Some residual sneezing persists with mild discharge from the nose in some kittens.
They eat and play, have a few fleas, some have ear mites, bowel movement normal, stool dark and hard. Feed them mix of A/D and Natural Balance.
Have been on Clavamox over a month and Lysine 250 mg.

This problem started very recently after I gave them bright pink Amoxi for a few days.

What does it look like?...

I thought feline acne at first but rapidly progressing and also eyelids are pink and inflamed in some kittens with watery eyes and discharge from the nose.

Some dark accumulation of discharge or dirt or something that looks like it all along the inner part of the eyelid.

What am I dealing with?...

I would get them to the vet immediately for a check up.  It could be anything from a reaction to ringworm.
