Friday Afternoon we noticed that one of the feral cats that hang out around our home had Kittens, and wishing to not have any more feral cats hanging around we caught them and brought them inside in order to socialize them so as to adopt them out. The three Kittens seemly weren't quite as feral as their parents and are quite tame, and have took to living inside well. That is except for one whom's issue are maybe a bit different from most feral kittens, in that is is amazingly clingy, too much so. It does nothing but scream and attempt to get in your face, and when I say face, I mean face. She is not happy unless literally face to face with you and any attempts to remove her just leads to a screaming kitten trying to hang off and scale any reachable amount of flesh it can sink its claws into in order to get back to where it wants to be. I am at my wit's end here, its super annoying and I have lost all the blood I can possibly lose. Its this just a stage? what can I do to halt it?

About how old are they?  This sounds a bit extreme, although the kitten may just be a clingy type of cat.  Do the others interact with her at all or has she possibly been rejected by them and is seeking comfort with you humans?

I would suggest a trip to the vet - maybe a vet check will help identify an issue.  She might be in pain from something.

Thank you for helping.

BTW - sounds like it is also time to trap mom and spay her.  Otherwise, you'll be going through this every time your turn around!

If I had to guess, I would say around 5-6 weeks old. And yeah, they all get around fine with each other, if anything I would say she is the dominant of the three and picks on the others. As to the mom, we have tried, oh man, have we tried.

Ah, yes, the savvy mommy cat. We've all had one. Kudos to you for helping her kits and vibes that you are successful trapping mommy soon.

A trip to the vet won't hurt. She may have worms, which would make her hungry and if she's recognized you as the provider of food, extra needy.
