Hello everyone :D so my kitten has Been eating animonda carny for the past two weeks but then I found out that Grau was better so decided to mix it with animonda gradually to switch her to Grau. However, she now selectively eats the grau from between the animonda carny in her plate and is getting diarrhea. Should she continue eating Grau in the hope that her stomach will get used to it eventually or stick with animonda and hope when she gets hungry enough she'll eat it again? She now won't eat animonda and prefers Grau which gives her diarrehea.

Thanks in advance :D

Hmm, that is a bit of a conundrum. These are both canned foods, right? There generally isn't that much of an issue switching between wet foods, but I know kitten tummies can be sensitive. How old is she?

Honestly, I am not sure what to suggest. Diarrhea is obviously not good, so getting that stopped would be my first goal. Will she eat the Animonda Carny if it's the only thing available?

Is there another food you can try?

Yeah both are wet foods and she Is three months old. I fed her some grau a while ago since she hasn't eaten much today and I'll try animonda again before she sleeps and see if she eats it :/

Okay thank you!! She finally ate both with no problem today in the morning. However her poop is now a little bigger and smellier...is that normal? And how do you guys diffrentiate diarrhea from pee in clumping litter?! I only knew she had diarrhea yesterday because of the drops of liquid poop on the edge of the litter box but in the litter itself there were just balls like with pee so how do you tell the difference?!
