She's really friendly and loves other dogs and kids she needs a really good home ASAP 
I'm sorry you aren't able to keep this girl. You have to realize that this is an international site and it's not likely that you'll find other members who live near you. Where else are you advertising the cat? It's good that you're asking for an adoption fee.
A little more information might help. How old is the cat? Has she been spayed? Is she up to date on her shots? Is she indoor only, indoor-outdoor, outdoor only? Are you able to transport her any distance or will the adopter have to come to you?
