Pink pimple along with small balding patch

My 2 year old male cat who is neutered and an INDOOR cat has developed this small spot on his belly with no hair and a pink pimple in the center. Any ideas???

Hard to say exactly what the problem is but my guess would be a bug bite? I have seen bites like that and they turn into what looks like a pimple. If your cat is licking at it and it appears to be bothering your cat, then check with the vet. I would just keep a watch on the area to make sure it is not getting larger or infected.

It could also be a nipple. Boys have them, too.  Does the balding spot look inflamed and red or is it pink?

I was going to drop in here and mention this too because there is no hair surrounding nipples on males and female kitties.
