She does need  some help.  Is there a shelter you could take her to in your area or are you willing to take responsibility.  Once you start to feed him/her, you will need to continue to do so or find a home for her.  You can go to a pet store and get some wet kitten food.  Also fresh water.  I would be concerned about her outside all alone.  If you would like to adopt his cat, there is lots of help available her.  She/he will need a trip to a vet to get a check up for fleas, mites, and parasites as well as a few vaccines.  When he/she is old enough it will need to be spayed/neutered.  Taking care of the kitten will take responsibility as well as proper finances.  If you cannot provide care, you can try no kill shelters or maybe you have a friend willing to help.

Thank you for taking the time to try and help this wee little one.  We are all here to help.

If you feed her now and then stop she will have a hard time adjusting to finding food on her own.  If you plan to feed her please consider keeping her for life.  That would involve some vet care as well as a spay/neuter so she/he doesn't reproduce.  It would be cruel to feed him/her for awhile and then stop as she/he is relying on you for food.  Is there a shelter or rescue group in your area that could help?  She looks quite young.  You can go to a pet store and buy some cans of we kitten food.  There should be some feeding instructions on the can.  Water should be her only source of liquid; no milk or dairy as that will upset her stomach.

This site has great sources of info.  We are here to help.  If you provide your location we might be able to supply some rescue groups to help you.

Unfortunately cow's milk can cause diarrhea and dehydrate a kitten very fast. If you can find goat's milk, you can use a syringe and give some of that to her instead. It looks like Jordan has an animal welfare centre, but it also operates as a mobile clinic. Maybe you can see if they will be in your area, or find a means to contact them and let them know you found this skinny, hungry, and young kitten and they can send someone who can help you with her, or if need be, take her into their care:

Here is their Facebook page, which has more info and how to contact them:

I agree, goat milk is good for kittens and cats, much better than cow milk.   Fresh is best, but bottled is OK too.

What you Yousuf tried with earlier, sour creme and minced meat are good cat food for kittens, but perhaps a little too early.

I guess she is 5-6 weeks.  So give her several times a day, as much she manages...  Water too...

If she is alive in this moment, although she doenst eats much of what you give, it perhaps means her mother is coming to her sometimes.  But perhaps she dont have milk enough to give and satysfy the needs of her kitten.

Its your Quest now to try and save this life.

Tx for caring!

Good luck!
