Hello all. During December my family found a cat under our house during the coldest night in the winter. She was trapped in there for a few days and we heard her meowing. I pulled her out and figured it wasn't safe to let her back into the wild in -20 degree weather. So we took her in and made sure to keep her from our other 2 house cats. We found worms in her stool and took her to the vet to get her shoots and check ups. She ended up having 3 different type of worms and was prescribed meds to take care of it. She has not had any issues with worms but lately she has been sneezing, wheezing, and coughing alot. I have not seen it happen but she also is leaving piles of vomit to find about once or twice a week. When she starts her "coughing/wheezing" fit it goes on for awhile. We have decided she needs to go back to the vet but we are quite busy and I want to make sure it is nothing to serious. I have the link to the video below.

Thanks

It could be many things, upper respiratory infection (cold), annoying worms, allergies, etc. so if I were you, I would take her back for a vet check as soon as you get the chance.  Bring a fecal sample to check and make sure all the worms are gone.  Also, was she ever checked for heartworm?  Usually that's a dog disease but cats can get it too and there are usually no symptoms until the heartworm dies and then it can be flushed into the lungs by the blood stream and it can cause an allergic response etc.  Since she was an outdoor cat, and heartworms are transmitted by mosquitoes, while it's rare for a cat to have t, it is not impossible.

She needs to be seen as soon as possible.  I'm sure she's uncomfortable with this.  Be sure to show the video to the vet.

I agree this could be many things - a heart condition (including heartworm as already mentioned), asthma, an esophagus or GI issue, etc. etc. I hope you're able to get her back to the vet. Let us know how it goes.
